¨ INDIVIDUAL: COMPANY: KATY WILD FREEMAN EMAIL: katy.wild@freemanco.com WHY THIS INDIVIDUAL IS INNOVATIVE: Katy Wild has been a part of Freeman since 1977, taking on the pioneer role as Executive Vice President of Customer Relations. Her focus has always been on the exhibitor and she has dedicated her time to innovation and technology to improve the service experience. Katy's role includes providing process guidelines for over 250 exhibitor services personnel in 23 Freeman locations, the J.D. Power and Associates award- winning Customer Support Center in Dallas and the development of the Freeman customer expe- rience programs, both internal and external, for all Freeman companies. She receives more than 36,000 surveys from show management, as- sociations and exhibitors, and utilizes customer feedback to fuel ongoing customer service initiatives to benefit customers. Katy has a determination to assist exhibi- tors at show sites — and this persistence led to the development of Concierge Elite®. Concierge Elite® has been recognized for outstanding innovation by winning the UFI 2011 Operations Award, the 2010 TSE Innovation Award, and the Exhibitor 2011 Buyer's Choice Award. Katy, with her her functional knowledge and the ever-growing importance of customer service, is a lead presenter on all major sales presentations done by Freeman. This expanded program over the last 8 years has been viewed by the trade show industry as a differentiator for Freeman from their competitors.
